1. Continue to advocate for improved transparency in all three branches of government.

2. Continue to watchdog and advocate for further legislative and/or executive reforms of the Virgin Islands Government Employees’ Retirement System (GERS).

3. Continue to create public awareness of the impact of government policies and spending priorities in all three branches of government, commissions and semi-autonomous agencies.

4. Every January, as is feasible, conduct a Lobby Day, in which the League of Women Voters of the VI will lobby members of the Legislature on issues of particular interest.

5. Continue to monitor, study and inform the public on proposed legislative and executive actions.

6. Actively participate in the development of a Long-Range Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan for the Virgin Islands; Collaborate with the Planning and Environmental Quality Committee in this goal.

7. Advocate for and support policies that improve quality of life for the disabled in the USVI.

8. Collaborate with like-minded community organizations on these goals.
